The location.
We requested non-smoking. When we got to our room (210) it reeked of thick cigarette smoke.. We asked for another room, but the gentleman said there were not any available. The parking lot was near empty. We settled for it. The next morning all of our clothes stunk bad. Also there was urine on the toilet seat when we checked in.

the privacy
during the first 3 hours of my stay I was rudely interrupted by the hotel staff knocking on the door and the second one was very rude to us

That it was only one night. The room seemed cleaned, tatty perhaps, but relatively speaking clean.
The sheets and pillow cases looked as if the beds had been slept in; the sheets were very wrinlked and the pillows actually looked as if there was still an impression of a head on them. They looked as if they has simply been made up without a change of sheets. Perhaps it was due to the fact that the sheets did not fit the bed (fitted bottom sheet used for double bed was obviously for a queen bed). But I was not comfortable sleeping in the beds, feeling as I did that someone else had slept on these sheets and pillows. Also the ad had indicated there was a continental breakfast included but there was nothing to be seen, not even a coffee pot.

very cheap. saved our money to spend at the outlet mall and casino. so you get what you pay for, right? appreciated the cheap $40 for a room on a friday.
nonsmoking rooms reeked of smoke mixed with lysol. and there were ashtrays in the room. we checked out 4 different rooms that were supposed to be nonsmoking, all 4 stunk like smoke, even the shower curtain stunk like smoke! room 204 had a tac poking out of the carpet at the foot of the bed closest to the bathroom. we stepped on it a lot and it hurt.

Location
Stayed two nights. Had to call police to a disturbance, noise, from nearby room. They were loud fro about an hour before we called cops. Tried to reason with the ten drunken teenagers but they wanted to fight. Staff did not clean room. Policy is they will not clean room unless guest is present. Afraid of being accused of theft...

The Jacuzzi Room was great, especially after a long night of gambling and partying at the Blue Chip Casino! The Inn was close to shopping and the Blue Chip and also the Lake and Pier. We had a good stay!
The first night, we did not have any towels or wash cloths in our room. Also the bed was not made up very well and only had 2 very flat pillows and when we asked for more they said they were out. The next night was good, plenty of towels and we were brought 3 extra pillows and the room seemed cleaner.

Do not go! You have been warned! Worst traveling experience of my life-- nothing was done right
On arrival I was advised that the none of the hot tubs were operational although we specfically booked the unit for the hot-tub. I travel for work and pleasure and this was the worst "dive" I have ever encountered--Completly ruined my wife's "suprise" birthdayI We refused to stay another night in that dump and booked a room the next night in a Comfort Inn
